Tesla’s new Model S Plaid was announced a couple months ago, but it’s finally ready for prime time and we’re finally getting to take a close look.
A lucky few (including Jay Leno) have even gotten to drive it.
First, let’s go to the Delivery Event where Elon officially introduced the Model S Plaid.

Even when you create something as incredible as the Model S Plaid, you’ll always have a few haters and detractors….poindexters who have never really created anything of value themselves, but who love to criticize and nitpick.

The sister to the Model S is the Model X SUV, sharing many features.
The X was redesigned the same time as the S, and Tim Dodd (@EverydayAstronaut) got to play around with the X.

Last is a feature produced by the Wall Street Journal about the new Model S Plaid and I can only say it’s very “odd”.
I agree with the top commenter who asked about the narrator: “Did they make a hostage do narration while torturing her puppy?!?”
Really weird.
