Tesla Launches Cheapest Cybertruck Ever at $59,990 — But Elon Says You Only Have 10 Days

Tesla just dropped the most affordable Cybertruck in the pickup’s history — a dual-motor all-wheel-drive model starting at just $59,990.

But don’t get too excited. CEO Elon Musk posted on X that this price is “only for the next 10 days.”

From Teslarati:

On Thursday night, Tesla launched the Cybertruck All-Wheel-Drive, priced competitively at $59,990. It was a vast improvement from the Rear-Wheel-Drive configuration Tesla launched last year at a similar price point, which was eventually cancelled just a few months later due to low demand.

The new AWD Cybertruck can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds and offers a maximum towing capacity of 7,500 pounds with 18-inch wheels. That’s serious truck performance at an entry-level price — if you can get in before the window closes.

Musk later clarified that the price will fluctuate based on demand. “Depends on how much demand we see at this price level,” he wrote. Translation: if people buy in droves, expect that price to climb.

From InsideEVs:

At just $59,990, it feels like a key moment for the niche EV — but according to Musk’s post on X, this moment is only temporary. The CEO’s six detonating words: “Only for the next 10 days.”

Tesla also slashed the top-end Cyberbeast price to $99,990 from $114,990, discontinuing the “Luxe Package” that previously included Full Self-Driving and free Supercharger access.

The Tesla community is split. Some fans see this as a smart demand-testing strategy. Others feel blindsided by the limited window.

For buyers on the fence, the message is clear: the clock is ticking on the cheapest Cybertruck Tesla has ever offered.
